Bill is the third generation owner of J.B.A. He grew up learning the trade on the shop floor from his Grandfather, J.B. Anderson and his Uncle, Bill Anderson. After high school, he attended Penn State, served and apprenticeship at Penn State tool and die, and went on to work for the family. Bill bought the shop in 1978, and has kept the reputation of a superior shop under his management, delivering outstanding products and service to loyal customers.
Ben Bilott
Ben grew up in the family business, learning the trade from his father on the shop floor. He received his bachelors degree from Geneva College and returned home to be a part of the shop. The family business now has ownership spanning four generations with Ben's partnership. Ben also teaches welding and machining at Westmoreland County Community College.
Howard Bell
Howard Bell is the sales manager for plastics at J.B. Anderson & Son, Inc. He brings to the table 20 years of experience in the plastics industry.
